This week on the Duncan Barkes programme on City Talk, we will be talking about the latest travel advice on the swine flu outbreak and what it means for the already beleaguered tourism industry in Mexico. We will because the website of the tourist board appears to have nothing to say. We're also thinking about which is the world's best city to live in.
